Company profile design.

The document a client reads when you are not in the room.

A company profile is a short document that introduces a business — what it does, who it has worked with, and why it can be trusted. In Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC it is usually required in tenders, partnership discussions, and government registration, and it is often the only thing a decision-maker sees before agreeing to a meeting.

I design bilingual company profiles in Arabic and English, delivered as both a screen-ready PDF and a print-ready file. Where a client also has a website, the two are built from one visual system so the brand reads the same in a browser and in a boardroom.

What a company profile includes

Bilingual Arabic and English

Arabic set properly — correct typography and reading order, not a mirrored English layout with Arabic dropped in.

Structure that carries the argument

Introduction, what you do, track record, clients, team, and contact — ordered so a reader who stops after two pages still understands why you matter.

Print and digital, from one file

A compressed PDF for email and WhatsApp, and a press-ready version with bleed and CMYK for printing. Both stay visually identical.

Designed from your identity

Built on your existing logo, colours, and typefaces. If those are inconsistent, the profile becomes the moment they get resolved.

Editable source files

You receive the working files, so future updates — a new project, a changed phone number — do not require starting over.

Written, not just laid out

Weak profiles are usually a copy problem. Where the text needs work, it gets rewritten rather than poured into boxes.

Selected company profiles

How the work runs

01

Gather

Existing materials, identity assets, project photography, and the list of clients you can name publicly.

02

Structure & write

Section order and the words, in both languages, agreed before any design work starts.

03

Design

Layout in Arabic and English, reviewed together so neither language reads as an afterthought.

04

Deliver

Digital PDF, print-ready file, and the editable source — with a print check if you are producing physical copies.

Common questions

What is a company profile?

A company profile is a short, designed document that introduces a business to people who do not know it yet — typically covering what the company does, its history, its main projects or clients, its team, and how to make contact. In the GCC it is commonly requested during tenders, partnership talks, and vendor registration.

How many pages should a company profile be?

Most effective company profiles run between 8 and 16 pages. Shorter than that and it reads as a flyer; much longer and nobody finishes it. The right length is whatever it takes to answer a prospect's questions once — with no filler pages added to look substantial.

What is the difference between a company profile and a brochure?

A company profile introduces the organisation — its capability, credibility, and track record — and is usually aimed at partners, clients, and tender committees. A brochure promotes a specific product, service, or offer, and is usually aimed at buyers. A business often needs both, and they should share one visual system.

Will it be in both Arabic and English?

Yes, when you need it. Both languages are designed as first-class versions: Arabic gets correct typography and reading order rather than being poured into a layout built for English. Delivery can be one bilingual document or two separate files, depending on how you use it.

Can it be printed as well as sent by email?

Yes. Every profile is delivered as a compressed PDF for email and WhatsApp, plus a press-ready file with bleed and CMYK conversion for a printer. If you are producing physical copies, the printer's proof is checked before the run.

What do you need from us to start?

Your logo and identity files, any existing profile or company text, photography of your work or premises, and the list of clients and projects you are permitted to name publicly. If the text does not exist yet, that is normal — it can be written as part of the project.

Need a company profile?

Send what you already have — logo, old profile, project photos — and you will get a clear scope for what the document needs to become.
