Most careers in this field settle on one altitude — strategy decks, or interface polish, or code. Mine deliberately never did. I work across business strategy, product, design, and technology because real transformation problems refuse to stay inside one discipline.

For over a decade I’ve helped established businesses and founders in the GCC turn how they operate into digital products — retail brands becoming connected commerce operations, multi-branch businesses replacing manual workflows with systems built for how they actually run, merchants competing on Salla with experiences designed Arabic-first rather than translated last.

I also build my own products. Consent, my AI product for commerce imagery, exists because I wanted the full weight of product ownership — strategy, design, engineering, billing, compliance, support. Running a real product keeps my advice honest: I recommend what I would ship, not what would look good in a proposal.
